I adore Poppadums. I used to cook in hot oil as recommended but suggest you also cook them in the microwave on JET for about 3 minutes. I usually break them as they then cook together all over. Lovely and crispy. If any are left over which is rare, I eat them with a drink in the evening.

Good, but I would prefer smaller sizes so its easier to cook
